Abraham has extensive experience in real estate financing, acquisitions and land development, and has acted for many financial institutions, major property owners and land developers.
Abraham practices with the Real Estate group in Ottawa.
Abraham was educated at Carleton University and the University of Ottawa. He joined Soloway, Wright upon his call to the bar in 1965.

He has lectured in real estate at both the University level and in continuing education programs. He is a recipient of the Carleton Medal. Abraham has played an active role in numerous legal, quasi-legal, charitable not-for-profit organizations including local, provincial, national and international legal organizations.
He is a Past President of the Federation of Law Societies of Canada and a Past Honorary President of the Ottawa YM-YWCA. He is a founding Director of the County and District Law Presidents Association and of the Centretown Citizens of Ottawa Non-Profit Housing Corporation. He is an honorary member of Law Society of Alberta and the Law Society of Saskatchewan. Abraham is currently a Life Bencher of the Law Society of Upper Canada, a Director of the Lawyers Professional Indemnity Corporation and the Chair of LibraryCo.
