January received her Bachelor of Arts at Trinity College in Hartford Connecticut where she was inducted into the Pi Gamma Mu International Honors Society, and her Juris Doctor at the University of Toronto. She was called to the Bar of the Province of Ontario in 2004 and joined Soloway, Wright in 2006.
January is a member of the Canadian Bar Association.
